Fluid Double Reverse method

The tess are minimally layered and sometimes on their sides or edges. The border is sand, and an internal area was grouted with sand.

To reclaim the sense of paradise (lost in the making of ASTIR), I softened the southern edge of the same forest meadow with a subdued color palette.

Joni Mitchell sang of California, which was, in my hay day, the land of sunshine and opportunity to chase dreams.

It will be exhibited at the Handforth Gallery, Tacoma, WA, from mid-March to the end of April, 2013.
