Refunds, cancellations and returns

This policy applies regardless of payment provider. Earlier purchases retain their accepted terms. Requests: info@roguemosaics.com. Include your name, order or case reference if available and what you want cancelled or corrected. If you do not have a reference, provide enough information for me to locate the purchase.
Rogue Review: before work begins.
Cancel after payment but before substantive review work begins and receive a full refund. Free intake inspection, scope discussions, waiting for information and payment administration are not chargeable review work.
I provide a dated start notice before substantive review work begins. A notice by itself does not prove that work was performed. I retain a charge only when the work was actually performed under the terms you accepted.
Rogue Review: after work begins
If you cancel after substantive work starts, I refund the unperformed part. Any amount retained must correspond to a completed review stage, have a price disclosed and accepted before payment and be supported by work supplied to you. I provide an explanation showing the completed stage, its agreed price and the refund calculation.
I do not impose an undisclosed hourly rate, cancellation fee or processing deduction. If no separate stage prices were agreed before payment, cancellation before the complete review is delivered receives a full refund.
Rogue Review: after delivery
A completed review is not refundable solely because you disagree with an artistic judgment or choose not to follow a recommendation. If I omit agreed work, make a factual error or fail to answer the agreed question within the accepted scope, contact me. I will correct the problem without an additional charge. If I cannot supply the agreed service, I refund the undelivered portion; if the failure defeats the essential purpose of the review, I refund the review payment in full.
Please report a service problem within 30 calendar days after delivery when practical. This request does not shorten rights provided by applicable law. It is separate from the included seven-day clarification allowance.
If I cancel or cannot complete a review
You receive a full refund unless you choose to keep a useful completed stage at its previously agreed price. Any remaining payment is refunded.
Book refunds and refund timing
Digital books
Cancel before usable digital delivery and receive a full refund. Once a usable file or working download access has been supplied, voluntary refunds for a change of mind are not offered. This does not affect rights concerning non-delivery, an unusable or corrupt file, the wrong edition, material misdescription or an unauthorized charge.
If a download fails, I first provide a working copy or an alternative delivery method. If I cannot supply the purchased edition in usable form, I refund the affected purchase. A promise of future digital access is governed only by the update entitlement, if any, expressly included in your accepted offer.
Printed books, when offered.
Cancel before the order enters production or ships and receive a full refund. Once production has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be possible; the return option below still applies to an ordinary printed book.
For an ordinary printed book, request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery and send the unused, undamaged book within 14 calendar days after receiving return instructions. You pay the return postage. I refund the book price and attributable tax. If you return every item in the order, I also refund the original standard delivery charge; any premium delivery upgrade is not refunded for a change-of-mind return. No restocking fee applies.
For a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed copy, contact me promptly. Photographs are helpful when available. I arrange a replacement or refund, including associated original delivery charges and any return postage I require. Do not return a book until you receive instructions.
If shipment is delayed beyond the promised shipping time, you may agree to a revised date or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund, including their associated charges. Printed products are sold only when their production and fulfillment arrangements are ready.
Payment errors and refund timing
Duplicate charges and clear payment errors are corrected. Eligible refunds include the refundable payment and attributable tax or delivery charges as described above. There is no refund-processing fee deducted by Rogue Mosaics.
I normally acknowledge a request within two business days and submit an approved refund within five business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. If more information is needed, then I explain what is missing rather than treating silence as a rejection.
Refunds go to the original payment method when possible. If that method cannot receive the refund, I agree a lawful alternative with you. I do not substitute store credit without your agreement.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
